Price example of a charging system for a housing company

A charging system tailored to residents’ needs was designed and implemented for a housing company with nine parking spaces. Eight shareholders decided to purchase a Zaptec charging station at a lower cost already during the installation.

Project implementation


We utilized the property’s existing electrical capacity, which enabled a cost-effective implementation. A new cable trench was dug from the main switchboard to the carport and finished with neat re-asphalting.


Full charging readiness was installed for all parking spaces by equipping them with a Zaptec backplate, enabling easy installation of a charging station later on. All charging stations operate under a shared load management system, preventing overloading of the grid and optimizing energy use.
